Tobacco Sewing Machine

Tobacco Sewing Machine is developed by to sew green tobacco leaves with special threads. Our machine improves the working efficiency and ensures the fresh tobacco leaf air-drying in time, beautiful stitch, no impress on the leaf, no breaking and saving the thread to make the machine popular among baccy workers.

Step 1:  Lay a layer of tobacco leaf on the workbench, place the tobacco rod, and then lay another layer of tobacco leaf, and press the bar with the pressure handle NO.2.

Step 2:  Open button 1, the head moves forward and sews the handle.

Step 3:  Move the machine sewing head to the right end, turn on the sewing switch, the tobacco-sewing work will be completed when the needle stops automatically.

Step 4:  Release the No.3 brake, the machine sewing head will move back to the left end. Then turn off the brake to prepare for the next round of sewing-work.

Note:  Each layer of tobacco should be between 150 and 180 pieces, and it only needs 25 seconds to sew one batch.
