SHP80 Shisha Tobacco Horizontal Packing Machine
SHP80 Shisha Tobacco Horizontal Packing Machine is specially developed by us for the molasses tobacco industry. The machine consists of a molasses tobacco dosing system and horizontal packing system. It performs very well in packing tobacco molasses with a working speed of 80 bags/min.
In the molasses tobacco dosing sector, it integrates mixing, metering and cutting functions. The mixing system prevents molasses tobacco from becoming clumps which blends the tobacco molasses more even. The metering system uses an auger to transfer and meter the molasses tobacco through a tailored tube. In the dosing end, a pneumatic cutting head will cut molasses tobacco into 50-250 gram volume clumps.
In the tobacco horizontal packing sector, it consists of wrapping, sealing and cutting functions. After a certain volume of molasses tobacco is passed down to the wrapping film, it will be transferred to be wrapped and sealed. Thereafter, the molasses tobacco will be sealed and cut in two ends to form pillow-bag style packaging. When all these steps are done, the finished molasses tobacco bags come out.
